| Statement: |
| My paintings and drawings include a variety of media: oil, acrylic, gouache, charcoal, ink, collage. Much of my work has been inspired by the beauty and drama of our restless planet.
I have also been inspired by family history. The first decade of the 21st century has been a tumultuous one. Earlier centuries were also filled with upheaval and life-altering events. My recent series, GENERATIONS, is a visual memoir of family history, genealogy, and stories from writings, oral history, and photographic archives. | |
